Cooking lessons for all levels in Suzanne's Woodstock Kitchen

The Classes

 

Our intimate, hands-on classes are scheduled by request and will be limited to a maximum of eight participants.  All kitchen tools and ingredients will be provided. Each class is three to four hours in length concluding with ample time to enjoy the results of our labors.  

 

All kitchen classes are $125/pp or $225/couple (min. 2 participants)

 

Individual private classes $200

 

PICTURE PERFECT SEASONAL PIES
"From scratch" can be a snap with the right techniques.  Learn to make foolproof pastry for your favorite sweet or savory fillings.

 

Pie of the season

Each participant will learn to make and roll pastry, prepare a filling, and top their pie with a decorative crust. 

CHINESE TAKE-OUT AT HOME 
Learn to make crowd pleasing Chinese favorites using authentic ingredients.  Hone your wok skills while making:

An old time Cantonese fave

Pepper Steak

Also perfect alone as a quick weeknight dinner
